This control desk additionally enables the outputs of the SPS or of the regulator
to be switched on or off, respectively. In the AUTO position, the output of the SPS
will be connected through to the output of the manual control desk. This module
will ensure that the system can be further operated in manual operation even in
case of a failure of the SPS.
